I got a call from Kathy after my search on realtor.com. She came by a few days later and I was so pleased just with her overall personality and knowledge as a realtor. At that time, we found out it was not the time for us to buy/sell but she said she would stay in touch, and she actually did, whether just for a check in and even for the holidays. A whole year later and I got that call from her saying “you ready”. I was so impressed how she stuck with us for that long and trust me it was very much appreciated.

We have bought and sold a half dozen homes over the years and this last purchase was by far the best. Kathy and Angela went above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. They answered our calls, and got us in to see properties promptly. They looked over a house carefully, and pointed out things we might have missed. Most importantly, they were friendly and HONEST. We knew they were working for us, and we could trust them.

We was reached by Kathy to show us the house. From the beginning she was there for us. Friendly and professional in her work and knowledge of the business. We need to check the house several times, just to look, review or measure areas for our furniture’s and all the time she was there to help…including providing the measuring tape to review the dinner area. All the time we got in contact with her via text, call or emails to keep us informed and up to day with the purchasing process. At the closing there was no surprises at all different from what we talked before the closing process. I really recommend her to friend or co-workers with eyes close.
